The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to award a contract to furnish and install 2 turnstile gates systems. Each gate shall include two twin MST Alvarado Manufacturing Company or equal, full height, metal powder coated, double electric lock control turnstiles with separate locking controls for each direction, installed at the base into concrete and anchored vertically. The twin turnstiles shall have attached separate directional gates (one gate in and one gate out), fail safe mode field retrofit, per direction, key override, per direction, heel guards, timed delay mode, per direction, momentary pulse relay, per direction, and equipped with 24 VAC transformers and 24 VDC solenoid relays. Uniform lighting shall be provided to provide at least 10-foot candles at each gate passageway Lights must be controlled via a light sensor mounted on top of the gates in a discrete location. Provide and install two closed circuit television cameras with auto/iris 8mm lens, camera mounts and power supplies and outdoor housing. Provide one 15 inch monitor with switcher, video recorder and two dialers. Install two concrete pads and mini power centers. The gates must be capable of being retrofitted with magnetic card access stystems at a future date. IFB Number F04700-95-B-0027 will be issued on or about 25 Aug 95 with a 30 day bid period.
