Project involves: elevator control modifications, such as a micro- processor and key card readers. Renovate approximately 8,000 SF of interior office space. Demolish and replace walls doors, hardware and architectural finishes. Modify HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Project consists of a Base Bid and 3 Options. Project site includes asbestos in the form of vinyl asbestos tile and sprayed on structural fireproofing. Spot abatement will be performed by others; HOWEVER, contractor is responsible for closely coordinating all work with the Government and exercising appropriate caution on the job site.
