Z -- RELOCATE STEAM LINES BETWEEN BLDGS. 65, 66 & 124 SOL 556-19-95 DUE 092595 POC Contracting Officer, Pamela Smith, (708)578-3722 Provide all necessary material, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, services, and supervision to relocate steam lines between Buildings 65, 66 & 124. The work includes but is not limited to relocate underground pressure steam lines between Buildings 65 and 66, and supplying Building 124, into the connecting corridors, rerout existing steam condensate return lines to the new receiver and pressure pump, and tie-in to existing condensate return pipe in Bldg. 65. All new overhead pipes shall be supported by walls, and the outside underground pipes shall be abandoned in place and capped inside the buildings. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion time for this project is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. SIC 1711, and the related Small Business Size Standard of $7 million applies.
