Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and perform all work in connection with the installation of hurricane panels at Coconut Grove (OWH) family housing area at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The work includes the design, furnishing of materials and installation of corrugated metal panels with supporting frame and anchoring system for the protection of glass windows during hurricane conditions. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a requirements type contract with a base year and two options. The requirement is 100% set aside for small disadvantaged business. All eligible and responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
