New flow control valves shall be installed at each VAV box and the main air handling unit. Project also includes balancing the supply air system, one exhaust system, and the entire heating water system. Minor electrical work is required for the new HVAC components. The work will be performed at the USDA, ARS, facilities in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
