Z -- BURIAL AREA DEVELOPMENT Sol I.F.B. 564-10-95 Due 092195 POC Donna Lenz, 501/444-5035 Provide all labor, material, and supervision to develop approximately 4 acres of land for burial at the Springfield National Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri. Contract estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications. Development shall include clearing and grubbing, demolition of existing structures, site grading, construction of storm water drainage structures, roads, sidewalks, curb, and gutter, irrigation system, fencing, grave site monumentation, and landscaping. Included will be demolition of an existing maintenance/office building, committal shelter, gazebo, underground storage tanks, etc. New administration building, public restroom, committal shelter, maintenance building, storage building, and dirt storage building will be constructed. A total of twenty-five bid packages will be issued on a first-come first-served basis on or about August 23, 1995. All requests for packages must be in writing and include a non-refundable company check, cashier's check or money order in the amount of $35.00. Personal checks will not be accepted and will be returned. Pre-bid conference scheduled on August 30, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
