34 -- ASSEMBLIES/HARDWARE FOR BUILDING STEEL SOL DAAA08-95-Q-0192 POC Contact Carol Baumgartner, (309) 782-8535, Contract Specialist The Rock Island Arsenal is seeking possible sources/contractorscapable of providing assemblies/hardware for the purpose of building steel dry cargo containers by the Rock Island Arsenal. Base assembly, front assembly, roof panel assembly, RH/LH side assembly, rear assembly are of steel frame construction with hardwood panel floor and .80'' thick corrugated steel paneled Walls. RIA also requests one assemblyjig/fixture capable of assembling all panels listed above for finalwelding/assembly. All panels must be constructed to maintain a dry sealed condition. NOTE: NO Solicitation will be issued at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with NO COST or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The Government will in NO way be obligated to purchase all or any part of the supplies describedabove. Any information stated above concerning the supplies is subject to change.
