59 -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE AN/SYQ-15 TACTICAL DISPLAY SOL N00024-96-R-6323 POC L. Senior, Contract Administrator, Code: 0263L, (703)602-0951. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-96-G-6323 with GEC-Marconi Combat Systems, Station Road, Addlestone, Weybridge, Surrey, England KT15 2PW. Orders will be issued for the labor, material and documentation necessary to evaluate, inspect, disassemble, repair, overhaul, refurbish, assemble and test the AN/SYQ-15 Tactical Display. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). GEC-Marconi is the sole designer, developer and producer of the AN/SYQ-15 Tactical Display. It is the only known company which possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment requirement to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other company has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements. GEC-Marconi is the Navy's repair and overhaul depot for the AN/SYQ-15 Tactical Display. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact GEC-Marconi directly.
