This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 3, known quantity of 9, and a maximum quantity of 15.
