The contract will be firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity. An estimated quantity of 96,000 gallons is required per year, with a minimum guaranteed amount of 50,000 gallons for the first year. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause (FAR 52.216-2) to compensate for the current market price volitility.
