Implementing the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, cf. IMO
Resolution A.741 (18) for passenger ships flying the Danish flag.
Establishing requirements with regard to certification and control of
companies and ships. 7. Objective and rationale: To require a safety
management system for passenger ships and the companies operating such
ships in order to enhance safety at sea and to avoid marine pollution.
