The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Hewlett Packard for full annual maintenance of the HP Gas Chromatograph/ Mass Spectrometer (GCMS) and peripheral devices located at Newark Air Force Base Ohio in strict accordance with the Statement of Work. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
