Salmons, (804)230-6813, Contracting Officer, Patricia Ellis, (804)230-1348 The VAMC Richmond, VA is seeking a contractor to provide all tools, labor and materials to perform the following tasks: on a daily basis, clean and police VAMC grounds in the following areas: Main entrance, Admissions entrance, Red & Green clinic entrance, SCI entrance and Patio, South Mall entrance and Patio, Hospice entrance, Geriatrics clinic and entrance and patio, NHCU patio, NHCU rear patio and Gazebo, Director's entrance and Loading dock,Compactor area,AR Loading Dock, Multi-purpose rear deck, MRI and Radiology entrance(rear), DDTP patio, 1E patio, four smoking shelters, Building 507 entrances, Ren Center,all VAMC parking lots.Specification: All entrances are to be cleaned and policed prior to 7:00 AM on a daily basis, with no visible debris or cigarette butts. All trash and cigarette butt receptacles are to be emptied daily. All furniture is to be neatly arranged with no visible soilage(all cleaning will be done with a Hospital approved germicide). Smoking shelters will be maintained stain free with clean windows and floors with a once monthly washdown of the entire shelter. Main, SCI, Admission, NHCU entrances to include South Mall to be washed with a power washer on request. All parking lots and entrance roadways will be policed and free of debris daily with waste receptacles emptied. Trash collected will be disposed of in the VAMC ground provided dumpster.
