Lewis, Contract Specialist, (520)328-6124 U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (usaypg) intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis to the directorate ofmorale, welfare and recreation (MWR), a non-appropriated fund activity at usaypg, to provide full food services for enlisted Military Personnel stationed at usaypg. MWR has the only full service food facilities available within a commutable distance for the enlisted soldiers. Transportation is not available for all soldiers at usaypg, therefore, the dining facilities must be in Close proximity to living quarters and place of duty. The anticipated contract performance period is 1 year with two 1-yearoption periods. Responses other than the source identified above may identify their interest and capability to provide these services by providing clear and convincing evidence demonstrating their abilities.
