14 -- HARM ALL-UP-ROUND COMPONENT INTEGRATION POC Contact, Edward Wallace, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract modification to Contract N00019-93-C-0148 with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 405, M/S 3405, Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405 in order to procure the remanufacturing and installation services and hardware required to incorporate FMS customer procured components into HARM AGM-88Bs, containerize missiles and sections, and extend the warranty on missiles that are to be delivered to FMS customers. TI is the designer, developer and sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
