(STC), Command, Control and Sensors (CCS) Division conducts research
in the field of surveillance, sensor integration, data fusion, data
dissemination, etc. As NaTO shifts towards a more joint Army, Navy and
Air Force concept operations, a requirement has been identified to
integrate other types of data into a recognized air and surface picture
(RASP), the RASP will contribute to the overall situational awareness
by integrating the air, maritime and land pictures into one combined
view of the battlefield. Task to be completed in the scope of work will
include, but not limited to the following: (1) Interfacing moving
target indicator (MTI) radar data from a source of representative AGS
ground station data to the ASEP recognized air picture display system,
(2) Interfacing synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery data from a
source of representative AGS ground station data for HTE ASEP
recognized air picture display system, (3) Interfacing MTI radar data
from a source representative AGS airborne segment data to the ASEP RAP
display system, (4) Interfacing SAR imagery data from a source of
representative AGS airborne segment data to the RAP display system, (5)
Interfacing data from the ASEP RAP display system to the NATO
ALPHA-CCIS system, and (6) Building other software interfaces, yet to
