Kiewit Construction Company, subcontractor for Reynold's Electrical & Engineering Co., Inc. (REECO), Prime Management and Operations Contractor to the Nevada Operations Office of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), seeks qualified small businesses for the procurement of a continuous use purchase agreement for electrical spare parts for a tunnel boring machine manufactured by Construction Tunneling Services. The spare parts shall include such items as: Allen Bradley relays, contactors and switches, Bussman fuses, Yokogawa meters, Westinghouse and Square D circuit breakers, General Electric lamps and other miscellaneous electrical items. The duration of the agreement shall be a basic year and one year option year. The purchase agreement shall contain estimated quantities for the listed parts and shall be ordered by delivery release orders. The various manufacturers and part numbers listed in the solicitation shall be the items required; there will be no provision to allow for ``or equals'' in the solicitation. Issue date is on or about September 1, 1995.
