The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for a contract for a base period and four (4) option periods for low temperature sterilizers using a plasma-based technology. The sterilizers shall include any accessories necessary for installation and operation. The units shall have the ability to effectively sterilize temperature sensitive medical instruments and products in less than five hours, including cellulosic materials, without the use of chemicals which are environmentally unsafe. A firm fixed price indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract is contemplated. The solictiation is anticipated to be issued on/or about September 18, 1995.
