COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF AUGUST 18,1995 PSA#1413University of California, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, Purchasing,
69-201, 1 Cyclotron Road, Berkeley, CA 94720, Attn: Mr. Ron Ball 66 -- EPR SPECTROMETER POC Mr. R.N. Ball 510/486-4513. Lawrence
Berkeley Laboratory, a multi-displinary research facility funded by the
Department of Energy, is planning to purchase a EPR (Electron
Paramagnetic Resonance) spectrometer that measures the absorption of
microwave frequency radiation by unpaired electrons in a magnetic
field. Many transition metal complexes contain unpaired electrons in
samples, which could be measured by EPR spectroscopy. The
instrumentation requested must be uniquely suited for the
characterization of the samples. The instrumentation should be equal to
Bruker ESP 300E X-band EPR Spectrometer. (227) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0384 19950817\66-0018.SOL)
