The contractor shall meet all requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120. Work must begin no later than 15 September 95. Anticipated RFQ will be issued on 04 September 95. Projected award date is 12 September 95. Intended to be awarded as a sole source to LB&M Associates. This is the only company who can perform this type of analysis on such a large scale within the required time frame located in the Lawton, Oklahoma area. See Note 22.
