J -- ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR PERKIN ELMER EQUIPMENT SOL RS-037-96 DUE 091895 POC Contact Bridget gauer, Contract Specialist (602) 328-6259, or Janet gonzales, Contracting Officer (602) 328-6847 Usaypg intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Perkin-Elmer, (109 Martinez Rd., tijeras, NM 87059) for annual maintenance service to include all labor, parts, and transportation for the following Perkin-Elmer equipment; GC 8500 (2EA), 960 interface (2EA), AA 5100-PC (1EA), 5100zl furnace (1EA), hga-cooling system (1EA), as 70 (1EA), as-90 (1EA), fias-400 (1EA), DEC station 433 dxlp (1EA), and okidata 320 printer (1EA). The following equipment will be added as on 1 Feb 96; GC autosystem I-IV (1EA), GS head space HS-40 (1EA), and dcepc LPV433DX (1EA). This acquisition will be sought on an other than full and open competitive basis because there is only one known responsible source. Responsible sources may identify their ability to meet the requirement by submitting a written proposal within 45 days of the date of this publication. The proposal must provide technical information that discusses their ability to provide this service, and provide price. Contract period is 1 Oct 95 thru 30 Sep 96 with one option year.
