J -- J -- REQUIREMENT TO REPAIR AND/OR SERVICE ORDERS AND SPARE AND REPAIR PARTS POC Contact, Monica Manning, Phone (703)604-2119 Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement to repair, calibrate, test, certify and/or evaluate, and return to ready-for-issue (RFI) condition Sidewinder GCS'and to provide for the procurement of spare and repair parts. The Navy intends to award one repair BOA to Raytheon Company Missile Systems Division (Raytheon), Andover, MA, and one to Loral Aeronutronic, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA as they are the only two qualified producers of the Sidewinder AIM-9M GCS'. Individual orders will be competed between Raytheon and Loral.
