Temporary help is needed, not to exceed one year, as a Consultant/Advisory and Assistance Service to help achieve maximum effectiveness of the operations of the digitalized database to ARC View or similar software expansion. The design consists of the integration of a variety of databases into a computer mapping system of existing Military, Panama Canal Commission area maps, etc. The maps would use high technology solutions to geographic visual, and computer systems design. Advisor would ensure efficient operation of hardware systems, make recommendations on programming and database requirements, and train, or give direct assistance to enhance understanding of or improve the quality and timeliness of the development system to the Military organizations in Panama.
