FEDERAL, STATE, AND PRIVATE SECTOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WORKSHOP September 14, 1995: The U.S. Department of Commerce's BXA West 1995 Resource Matching Program will be sponsoring a ``Federal, State, and Private Sector Financial Assistance'' Workshop. Federal and state agencies offer grants and matching funds for a variety of uses. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been awarded through the Technology Reinvestment and Advanced Technology Programs to commercialize or develop new technologies. Other organizations offer financing, loan guarantees, and insurance to facilitate exports. This workshop will describe how you can obtain this financial assistance. This half-day program features financial experts from public and private sector organizations who will identify sources of financial assistance, define eligibility requirements, and provide assistance in the application process.
