This Notice is an intent to negotiate with Sammons Communications Inc. This acquisition is being solicited on a Sole Source basis for the installation, servicing, and maintaining of underground Cable TV service for the main cantonment area at Fort Lee, Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all services via Government provided underground ducts and or direct burial by Sammons Communications Inc. The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition of existing lines, with no interruption of service during the construction of Phase I of the Underground Electric Project.
