Provide refinishing of floors in three (3) basketball and nine (9) racquetball courts at Ft Wainwright, Alaska. Refinishing must be accomplished per instructions in the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Associations (MFMA) Publications, and the current issue of specifications for heavy duty and gymnasium finishing for maple, beech and birch floors. Two coats of finish are required. The requirement listed here is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) applicable to this solicitation is 1752. The average annual receipts of a concern for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
