Estimated annual air ticket sales of $11.4 million. Requirements include four on-site facilities, and ticket delivery points nationwide. The Solicitation will include information concerning mandatory subcontracting to small business travel agencies for a percentage of the overall dollar figure. A subcontracting plan will be required of the successful offeror after award prior to contractstart-up. The successful offeror is required to have or establish and office in the following cities: Chicago, IL; Anchorage, AK; Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Honolulu, Hi; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; Grand junction, Co; Fort Worth, TX; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; hato rey, PR; and St. Thomas, VI. This requirement may be met through the use of parterships, affiliates; and/or subcontracting with small and small Disadvantaged businesses. The contract period will be February 5, 1996, or date of award, whichever is later, through February 4, 1997, with three one-year option periods.
