Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, alteration, and expanding the ground floor of Bldg 200 entitled ``HVAC-TB, Bldg 200, Phase II'' all in strict adherence to the Drawings and Specifications. Additional work is required for demolition, site work, concrete, glass blocks, metal railings, carpentry, drywall, metal studs, skylight and flashings, doors and windows, finished floor and ceilings, painting, mechanical and electrical work. The estimated cost range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
