The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: furnishing and install a 14 ton, double girder, top running bridge, electric overhead traveling bridge, crane, complete with rails, electrification, controls, and 14 ton electric wire rope hoist; construction of a 1500 square foot mezzanine; construction of a catwalk; furnish and install raised flooring; lighting, communication, and fire alarm systems; and extension of a sprinkler system under raised flooring and mezzanine.
