The Navajo Area Office in Gallup, New Mexico is interested in obtaining inquiries from interested firms under Buy Indian Act with 51% owned and controlled firms: 1) that have the capability to perform and properly licensed in states where projects are located; 2) have bid, performance, and payment bonds; 3) qualification or proof of past performance records for the past five years showing names of contact persons, telephone numbers, and a description of jobs completed; 4) firms interested must have established compliance standards and codes including ANSI, NFPA, UMC, ASTM, DOT, American Gas Association, and Quality Assurance requirements.
