The Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps intends to negotiate a contract with A. B. Dick Company for maintenance on record processors (model 821) and record processor duplicators (models 798, 791, and 895). The proposed maintenance will cover the period 0l October l995 through 30 September l996. Vendors with the capability to provide this maintenance are invited to submit in writing, sufficient technical/cost information which demonstrates the ability to fulfill this requirement. Responses also must indicate whether proposed maintenance is available under current GSA schedule. No solicitation document exists. Written responses should be forwarded to the above address.
