All requests must be accompanied by Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N00164-95-Q-0460. This acquisition is for support/maintenance of Gerber Laser Photoplotter System, Model 9620 and Model 2600. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN 47522. The period of performance shall be for one (1) year from effective date of contract or until end of fiscal year. Complete copies of the Statement of Work may be obtained by calling the Point of Contact (POC) in block 11 above. Price quotes must be sent in writing to the office listed in block 7 above or faxed to the POC in block 11, and must be received no later than 2:00 PM EST, 19 SEP 95.
