The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with Mystech Associates, 5205 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041, to acquire for the Medical Advanced Technology Management Office (MATMO) technical support of advanced project efforts during the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Conference to be held in Washington, DC, October 16 - 18, 1995. Support shall include software programing, medical and non medical device integration, LAN and WAN communications, and general display and demonstration support. Support will include live demonstration support, and integration with the Army's Phoenix Command and Control software. Programming and device integration support requirements include a toloradiology system and a telemedicine workstation, and integration of the Meditag and supporting Medical Digital Assistant computer display system. Mystech Associates has a complete understanding of the Remote Telemedicine Consultation System (RTCS) telemedicine workstation, devices and software; and the Medical Command and Control (MC2) Phoenix software environment to be able to develop additional clinical and medical command and control functionality and interfaces to recently developed hardware performing Army medical functions. Experience with Telemedicine operations at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the integration and testing methodology of the Battle Command Battle Lab allows Mystech Associates to meet the time constraint of the October 16, 1995 AUSA.
