in their own factory and installed a multi-span continuous, steel
box-girder bridge of at least 40 meters in maximum span length. Note:
only Construction projects in which bidders have had a 20 percent or
greater share of involvement are eligible for consideration; 5) firms
that can assign, to the Construction site, a full-time chief engineer
or engineering supervisor who meets the following criteria: a) is
qualified as a certified first-class Construction supervisor or
equivalent or higher; B) has -- since 1985, as the main contractor --
had experience with on-site Construction of a multi-span continuous,
steel box- girder bridge; and C) in the case of engineering supervisor,
is qualified to supervise designated Construction work; 6) firms not
currently suspended from designation by the director of the Chubu
Regional Construction Bureau; and 7) firms not related by capital or
