This contract consistent of a Base Year and Four Option Years and the contractor shall provide all labor and facilities described herein. The work to be accomplished shall include maintenance and repair of all family housing units and real property, change of occupancy, janitorial servies, painting, appliance replacement, minor construction alterations, incidental asbestos removal and incidental lead paint removal. The work shall also include providing and performing administrative tasks. The contractor will be selected through formal source selection procedures. A Combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantitiy contract will be awarded. There is a $15 charge for plans and specifications and the check should be made payable to the TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Solicitations will be issued on a first come-first serve basis.
