Reroof buildings 17 & 18 is required at the USDA, ARS, U. S. Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, NE. Project consists of removing existing asphaltic built-up roofs on bldgs 17 & 18 and replacing them with a single-ply membrane EPDM roof and new tapered insulation system. Bldg #17 has approximately 21,000 Sq. Ft. of roof while Bldg #18 has approximately 20,300 Sq. Ft. of roof. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $250,000 and $500,000.
