14 -- FY96 SLAM SEEKER PROCUREMENT POC Contact, Anne Avgerin, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract for the procurement of either thirty (30) or seventy-five (75) production, and fifty (50) spare Standoff Land Attack Missile (SLAM) seekers for FY96. The Naval Air Systems Command anticipates the award of a new contract to Hughes Missile System Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, Arizona, 85734-1337. Hughes is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the SLAM seeker and the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities and experience to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
