The period of performance will be 01 November 1995 to 30 September 1996. The subscription shall include DS1ND Military Spec/NIDDS (Naval Instructions and Directives)/DODDS (Department of Defense Directive Service) at quantity one (1); DPP1 Program Parts Selection List Core Product at quantity one (1); DH1 Historical Military Specs complete at quantity one (1); DS1DD Military Specs/Standards with DOD-Adopted Standards at quantity one (1); DSN40 Naval Instructions and Directives with DOD-Directives on CD at quantity two (2). This requirement is for the Naval Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technology Center, Indian Head, MD. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared under FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
