The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Washington Detachment intends to negotiate a sole source contract for CD-ROM subscription information services on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,DC. FISC intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Information Handling Service, 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80150. The subscription information services to be procured consist of DoD, NATO, and Naval Instructions and Directives all on CD-ROM. The following industry standards are also being procured: ASME-Boiler Pressure Vessel Code, AIA Standards, AFBMA, AGMA, ASHRAE, ASA, AWS, NACE, SSPC, MSS, IEC, ISA, ASTM, ANSI, ASME, EIA, IEEE, NEMA, SAE, UL, ISO Complete, and access software. A Justification & Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition is being processed. The period of performance is from 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996.
