F05604-95-C-0007 DUE 093095 POC TSgt John P. Mount, 719-556-4504. The
21st Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate with AT&T under its
existing contract F05604-95-C-0007 for the maintenance and software
support of the Base Telecommunication System (BTS), by extending the
term of the contract through 30 September 1996 and incorporate two
2-year option periods extending the contract through 30 September 1998.
Unless sources are identified that can meet the requirements described
herein, subject contract will be modified to include said options by
30 September 1995. The contract consists of switches, Merlin Legend key
systems, Automated Information Exchange (AUDIX), and crash systems
located at 14 different locations on Peterson AFB and the surrounding
Colorado Springs, Colorado area. Interested parties must possess the
following qualifications; (1) have a minimum of five years experience
in programming DEFINITY Generic systems, AUDIX systems, with written
AT&T certification of training; (2) possess or have the ability to gain
access to the AT&T proprietary ''craft'' software passwords to maintain
and administor the DEFINITY systems; (3) have performed on previous
contracts involving said AT&T equipment; (4) currently employ AT&T
certified technicians; (5) provide proof of contractual relationship
with AT&T for continued equipment, parts and training support on AT&T
systems and advancements in system technology; (6) have or be qualified
to obtain an Industrial Security Clearance. Interested parties must
indicate business size e.g., small, non-profit, large, and business
representation e.g., women owned or distadvantaged. Firms must provide
this documentation within thirty days after publication in this
