(NAVAIR) intends to add additional requirements to an existing contract
for contractor logistics support at Fort Huachuca, AZ, Fort Hood, TX,
White Sands Missile Range, NM, and Albuquerque, NM; systems
engineering/cost reduction analyses; implementation of a test, analyze,
fix, and test program; and maintenance of an Integrated Master Test
Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS). The logistics support will
include: depot maintenance, contractor field teams and supply support,
inventory control/management, logistics engineering, test support
(including User Demonstration), training base maintenance support,
training, integrated logistics support management, provision of a
systems support package, and related technical data. NAVAIR intends to
negotiate this procurement of additional requirements with TRW
Avionics and Surveillance Group, One Rancho Carmel, San Diego, CA
92128. TRW, along with their major subcontractor Israel Aircraft LTD,
is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Joint Tactical
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle system and the only known firm with the
necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities and experience to
perform this effort within the required timeframe. See note No. 22 and
