(A) The United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Indonesia), intends to award a non-competitive contract to Mr. Robert Torene under the Agriculture and Rural Sector Support Program (497-0357), for services totalling approximately 7 months. The contract purpose is to improve microenterprise (ME) data in Indonesia which will be achieved through: (1) assessment of all existing data sources on ME; (2) assist Indonesia Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) to prepare a large-scale ME survey; and (3) assist CBS to prepare additional future surveys and produces reports based on the 1996 Economic Census.
