Seeking sources for an equivalent model to 1 ea Unitron power supply model GFC-25M, 37.5 kVA Power Kart series frequency converter for the Kansas Army National Guard Aviation Facility. Unit must be available with a two output cord and capable of suppling 115 volts 400 cycle 3 phase AC electrical power simultaneously to two UH-60 helicopter aircraft (with backup pumps running). The unit must be small, wheel mounted, and can be positioned anywhere throughout the aircraft hangar. Input shall be 208 V, 3 0 60 Hz or better. Output shall be 115/200 V, 3 0, 400Hz or better. Unit shall include the following options: T-3, alternate (208 V) input voltage; C-4 Second output contractor/safety interlock w/o cable; and W-21, Second output cable, 30' L/aircraft plug, or equivalent. Unit must provide ``flip of the switch'' power with no time loss. Responsible concerns having an equal or like product must respond to this notification within 15 calendar days of the published data of this notice. This is not a solicitation. Affirmative responses must be in writing and must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show equivalent functionality and capabilities. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comparable item is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this item with Unitron, an order shall be placed with Unitron.
