First articles shall be required from all sources. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 11 Sep 95 and will include base year plus one(1) option year requirement. Award will be made on or about 06 Oct 95. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
