A BUCS shall consist of a calculator/computer (hardware) for integration with a surveying computer program (software) for the performance of surveying computations during field operations. This system will be utilized to compute trigonometric calculations during variety of field conditions. It must allow for ease of operation and be small enough to easily fit into comouflage uniform cargo pockets. The system shall provide the ability to modem link field computations to a Survey Information Center for instantaneous incorporation in Trig Lists.
