A -- MOBILE HIGH ENERGY X-RAY SYSTEM FOR THE INSPECTION OF VEHICLES AND CARGO CONTAINERS SOL DAAB10-95-C-0002 DUE 090795 POC Sharon Dwyer, Contract Specialist, 540-349-5683. A modification to existing contract DAAB10-95-C-0002 with Annistech, Incorporated of Cambridge, MA is contemplated for the on-going development of a ptototype mobile high energy x-ray system for the rapid inspection of loaded trucks and cargo containers. This enhanced method will provide for the use of a 9MV x-ray pencil beam to form x-ray images. The required delivery date is 24 months after award of contract modification. This procurement will be on a sole source basis. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, negotiations are to be conducted only with Annistech, Incorporated. SEE Note 22. (0233)
