Yuen, (808) 474-3385 Indefinite Delivery Environmental Laboratory Services at the Navy Public Works Center and Other Naval Installations, Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall perform routine and emergency samplings and laboratory analyses of both Government-collected and Contractor-collected materials/wastes/substances from locations at various Naval Installations on Oahu. Sample and test substances including solids, semi-solids, liquids, and gases; substances include but are not limited to hazardous wastes, toxic substances, potable and non-potable water, ground water, sewage sludges, boiler-feed water and cooling tower water. The work specifically includes transportation, packaging and disposal of sample substance(s) and residues after analyses. The term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus four option years. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. Bid opening date is approximate. The proposed contract is 100-percent small business set-aside. (230)
