The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform document control, coding, and keying services. Approximately 2000 square feet of office space will be reserved for use by the contractor at New Orleans District Headquarters building. Heating, cooling, and electrical service will be furnished. The period of performance will be for the base year with four option years. This proposed contract is advertised as full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 September 1995.
