The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Charleston, SC proposes, on other than full and open competition basis, to issue delivery order 0001 against an existing contract with AT&T Corporation, Greensboro, NC. The effort is to provide services to repair an RDA EDM Tow Cable, part of the Surveillance Towed Array System (SURTASS). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with AT&T as the only source with the technical capability and knowledge of the equipment to identify and make the needed repairs and provide the high level system engineering and spares support. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties must provide documentation of their capability to perform this effort.
