S. Military Academy, West Point, NY in accordance with the NCAA laws and bi-laws and all other applicable standards and certifications. The Government intends to negotiate with the Army Athletic Association, West Point, NY 10996. Only one source is being solicited because it can provide the necessary coaching services and has been providing these services for years with satisfactory results.
